DLP Blocking USB SATA HDD Enclosures

I am an end user who appears to be under the control of DLP v10.

I have a three USB SATA HDD enclosures that convert a SATA HDD to USB.  I have had exclusions filed with my local IT to for all three of them and when plugged in one at a time, they are allowed onto my Win10 system.

Unfortunately, when I plug more than one in, those that were plugged in after the first one are blocked.  No matter the order I plug the enclosures in, the first one always gets through but the following ones get blocked by DLP.

Has anyone experienced this?  I would like to have all three enclosures connected at once and cannot just connect them one at a time.
