DLP Agent Override key set to specified days but expired after reboot

Jump to solution

Hi,

I already set number of days for user to be able to use his USB drive. He can use his USB drive normally until he reboot his machine. Then suddenly, the drive is blocked again?

Is it possible that the override key will no longer take effect after reboot?

How can I set the span of days without notifying the user to get the challenge key again and again each time he reboot his machine?

Thanks

The number of days is valid until reboot and is by design.  If the user is needing an extended amount of time to bypass a rule, consider excluding them from the rule.

KB69295 and KB68572 discuss how the key is unloaded at the point the user logs off of the system.
