DLP 9.2.8 not scanning CSV

Is anyone else having trouble with DLP not scanning csv files.  I have tried using content type equals CSV (under office applications), I have tried the template common content types.  DLP is picking up txt or ascii files, excel files, word files, but it will not pick up CSV even when the data matches a reported word or excel file.

If matching data size is less then 350 characters then only it will pickup the CSV file or else do one thing copy the notepad or excel conent and paste it into the CSV file.

Then check.
