DLP 11.3 Bypass & Uninstall key generated by separate ePO server

hello

today, i saw a strange thing in McAfee DLP. I used request key that generated on the a system in two different ePO server (DLP Help Desk) and get bypass key from those servers. two keys are work and put client in bypass mode!!!!

is this normal situation?

By design this is not possible. You need to choose correct policy and revision number applied in endpoint under Client Bypass Password in DLP help desk to generate a unique release code for affected machine.

Can you let me know how did you created release code in both ePO ? Also could you let me know the affected machine were reporting to the ePO currently or any earlier ?

I would request you to revert with more details if the issue is any different from my understanding.
