DLP 11.2

I installed DLP 11.2.000 client on my Windows PC for evaluation, but even though it is installed it doesn't appear and Agent doesn't enforce policies for it

Is this because ePO extensions are still at 11.0.600.7?  Is it safe to update the extension but not update the Windows clients straight away?

Re: DLP 11.2

@jround Yes, the extension should be same version as DLP agent.

The extension is only backward compatible not forward, hence can't manage higher version of DLP agent. The concept apply to all McAfee products.

Re: DLP 11.2

Yes it is safe to have newer extension and still keep old windows client. You can still have old package in the current branch and newer version in evaluation branch.
