DLP 11.0.200 - How to create rule block user from upload data to cloud services through browser?

Hi,

Can anyone advise on how to create a cloud protection rule that block user from uploading data to cloud services  through browser such as internet explorer/chrome/firefox?

McAfee DLPe 11.0.200

Giving this one a little bump, since I am also interested in this topic.  It seems that DLPe relies on the cloud service running on the local workstation, and performing a sync action, where the files are then scanned for content.
