Sorry about the delayed response, but here is where the failure occurred:

This was caused by McAfee DLP Endpoint Service, which you can see was currently running when you took the diagnostic:

McAfee DLP Endpoint Service     McAfeeDLPAgentService              Running               Auto      Own Process                "c:\program files\mcafee\dlp\agent\fcags.exe" Normal LocalSystem       0

So DLP via fcags.exe was causing a sharing violation on a file which prevent the update to complete normally.

I have no clue how to debug this....anybody can point me in a direction?

Thanks

Thank you Chris.  looks promising and I will update my version of DLP.  Since you posted this there is a version 10.0.400 that we will install and check the outcome.

Thanks again.,

You may have two issues there, one with Bitlocker and the other (shown in your logs) is to do with Windows patching. The error is the same as this KB90179 although it only mentions Windows 7 patching.

Still, would be a good test. Also 10.0.300 would not be compatible with later Win 10 updates so more reason to try Patch 4.
