I enabled all the rules and assigned to users.

DLP Policy -> Agent Configuration -> Edit global agent configuration -> Miscellaneous - Check all agent handlers.
I checked it, but it still doesn't work. only the device rules works
After you`ve checked all agent handlers have you applied policy to EPO?
I have also same problem
I have installed DLP many times ... and worked for me
but this time at client side it did not worked
I installed all things again from scratch
but did not worked
only Device policy was working...
