Camera not detecting.

Camera is not showing in the device manager for the laptop it is enabled in BIOS. Regards, Munriaj S.

Hi @User87824768 ,

If its not showing in Device manager, possibly the device is not loaded by windows.

If you have doubts if DLP is blocking it you can check the Incidents generated by DLP from the EPO -> DLP Incident Manager by filtering incidents for this machine.

Also you can even the Event Viewer to check if your camera driver is loaded or for any possible issues.
