1. For Users - Block. Open using DLP Help-desk & Release Code. (Default Policy applied on master image)
2. For Managers. Opened using AD Group. (As of now provided using Modify policy on single system option on EPO.)
We are using VMware Horizon VDI, issue is recently some people with 2nd policy applied, gets their usb's blocked. on checking found out in "Agent status Monitor" error comes "Agent failed to send events"
and in client DLP Console policy would have been reverted to 1st policy.
Now from epo when i run Wake up Agent. the issue resolves automatically, but would eventually return in 2-3 days.
This could have happened because of Policy Assignment Rule OR System sorting. This has to be analyzed after looking into the Audit of ePO and client log. Please contact Support to open a ticket to assist further.
