Additional Information for Web Protection Incidents

Is it possible to find detailed information about the "Additional Information" section for Web Protection Incidents? I have been trying to find out  more about the difference between the "Matched URL" and "Web request URL", as well as understanding why often there are two URLs listed instead of just one. For example, I often see the URLs listed in the format https://address1=https://address2, where the second address the one visited by the user.

Many Thanks
