API for DLP (release code)

Hi Team,

Daily we get request from good number of users for USB Port enabling for some time and for this we daily generate new release codes for respective users and share with them, no doubt only after approval from managers for access on USB PORT. Here we want our IT team to focus on major issues and want this to be handled with API which asks for parameters (Identification Code) and (Revision ID) and output (release code). Please share API detail and steps to achieve it.
