I just found out that evrey year it auto renewal, and I didn't use the product.
I want to refund the bill that you charge me on the 13 of september.
i tried to call the support number but I didn't able to maybe because I'm from Israel.

please can you help me to get a refund because there is no option to write an email.

Thank you for replaing, but i can't call as i say before i don't live in the usa and i tried the chat support and they also gave me the phone number
can i get the support on e mail
and get the money back.
This community support is a joke, judging from all the post I read, and your respond, it is clear to see that this system is definitely not user friendly.
As mention before the number I was instructed to call does not works in my country.
Why can't McAfee call me? Why can't the moderator email me the solution to my problem or assigned someone ( not virtual help)?
McAfee makes it so easy to purchase their products, yet so difficult to refund/modified/help their customers.
