You don't state what McAfee software you are using, nor any information regarding operating system, service pack if applicable.
If the software reports it is running and OK I would disregard the Event Viewer entries, if not you can always contact Technical Support free of charge by phone or online chat - see the link below.

Came with my Dell XPS desktop.
I have fully updated Windows 8.1
This same question has been asked numerous times and someone sends out a PM to get some file to folks to workaround the issue. Then the threads get closed, and people are asked to open a new one.
I'll alert him but it may be a while. That's why I suggested contacting support yourself. He works out of that department anyway.
As Hayton says it is only indicating that logs have reached their maximum size so nothing serious.
Anyway I will alert him.
This is what you get when McAfee writes messages to a log file and the file reaches its maximum size. It's been reported before in a number of threads and there may some kind of unofficial fix for it - have a look at this thread, where Selvan may have found a way to stop the error messages (but no promises) -
