Hi! the program is not updating it shows that an update is being installed but 0% has been completed and this even after the laptop has been on for a day. I got mcafee through my subscription to EE home broadband. Does anyone has an idea hat to do?
Moved this provisionally to General Discussion. There have been some reports of updates hanging in that manner. As Safeboot states, a reboot usually can take care of it.
Make sure your system is totally up to date, especially Internet Explorer whether or not you use it. McAfee does use it so best to update IE too, if not already done.
