lost protection account

Hi,I am from Turkiye.

At december 2010 I bougth my notebook.This is a  toshiba and came with Mcafe protect.I bougth Mcafe protect for one year,and they renew it otomatically

for the next year.2 weeks ago because of some problems my computer was turned to factory settings.Now Mcafe sending me 'your protection is ending'

mesages.Indeed I payed to the and of this year.who will hear me?

Perhaps all you need to do is uninstall and reinstall.  

Go to Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a Program (Add or Remove Programs in XP)

Uninstall any McAfee product and then run the MCPR cleanup tool listed under 'Useful Links' at the top of this page.

Reboot and go to your online account page and reinstall the product.

Thank you for your quick response, I uninstalled mcafee. I registered to the mcafee just now. I cant remember the original registration code, username etc. Im using the same computer. Can Mcafee somehow find out my orininal registration data from my IP?
