customer service

i have been told its the first time fault has been seen before ,total garbage,system not fit for purpose with so called engineers not able to fix their own product.totally MIS SOLD

Please elaborate what fault. Also if you called support please post the job id number you were given so i can get a high level tech to view the session details.
