i cannot activate my software. i am on windows 7 and have a wireless connection. i had norton anti virus and went and deleted it and also did the mcafee initial scan before running the antivirus. now when i download either from the disc or my account online it pops up with the run screen, i hit run and nothing. For the cd it says the drive is not valid now, so I dont know what happend.
Did you remove norton with their removal tool if not try it then run

Hmm maybe do a virus check to see if anything got on your PC.
