Windows 10 Creators Update Smartscreen

Jump to solution

Hi there i have a question.

In the new Windows 10 Creators Update windows defender has something called App and Browser control where you can 3 settings to block, warn and off.  I think its smartscreen settings.

Can i safely disable these if im using Mcafee All Access total protection.  Im curious because i think having it on at the same time may slow down brower.  There are 3 settings in that section and i think mcafee already does that by itself.

Any feedback on this issue would really help .
