VirusScan Scanning Stalls at "tracking.log"/ZoneAlarm

Zonealarm could clash with McAfee depending on which components of both you have installed however one thing is for sure, according to a Google search tracking.log stopping VirusScan in its tracks plus being undeletable is a Zonealarm issue.
I suggest that you uninstall Zonealarm and use McAfee's firewall, it is part of all packages after all.
Also make sure that you never have more than one each of anti-virus and firewall active at any given time.
