Once again I am unable to update using the Verizon version. My "subscription" expired from the previous install of Live Safe and Verizon had me delete that version and had me install their partner product VISS. I am unable to update my protection. Can you please assist me again.
The Live safe subscription has been extended for 30 days since the McAfee update fails on partner product VISS and the issue currently investigated and will update as and when we receive information from our Dev team. Please let us know if any further assistance required.
