Total Protectoin 2013 nightmare

Hi

I purchased total protection 2013 this last week and have installed it on my laptop where i have had no problem with it. I have since then tried to install it on my home PC  (windows XP) where it is saying that it is installed after installing it, but then when it comes to activating the product it is not letting it connect to the internet to activate and now my internet connection does not work.  I have tried numerous times uninstalling and installing the product aswell as using the MCPR tool and neither has worked.

is there anything you can advice me to do?

If you are using a wireless connection try a wired one just for the activation.
