I received notification to renew my subscription. I went in as requested and renewed my subscription and afterwards found I had lost a month and a half of renewal time. My old subscription ran out on 7/20/2010 and when I had renewed to extend my subscription it started on 6/5/2010 to 6/5/2011. This means I was cheated out of a month and a half of subscription time from 6/5/2010 over lapping with 7/20/2010. What a scam. They win we loose. Great job McAfee!

It has been my experience with an issue such as yours they will go in and adjust it accordingly. Give them your email address and invoice number and all should be well. You will need to contact Customer Service department.

When you renew they should AUTOMATICALLY do this and one should not have to call and do it. They don't expect you to see what is done and guess who makes the profit? Me or McAfee?
