Just removed the Site Advisor via uninstall outside of Firefox itself. Its' nice to have a popup that warns me that I'm entering a site that may be dangerous and that it learns and won't warn me next time around. But really, do you need to have the McAfee logo taking up much of the space where it just sits there and does nothing in the addon bar of Firefox 14.0. Better if you would create a small shield icon that glows when its active and doing something rather than being just a logo with no function. It's obnoxious and a waste of space... I've got many other Firefox extensions that need that space. 1 in particular does just one thing... it displays my IP Address. Just thought I'd pass that along.
In options did you try Compact View to put it on the very top browser bar? (Click to the right of the icon). It is rather large except in Chrome for some unknown reason, but I assume it's simply so the full name McAfee can be shown on it, although it's larger I know.Message was edited by: Ex_Brit on 25/08/12 7:57:48 EDT AM
