Shredder: Fixing the Right Click (Context) Menu

I recently re-installed McAfee Antivirus Plus, which came with the McAfee Shredder included. My problem is that the shredder shows up in the context menu when I right-click on files and folders - just where I don't want it - but fails to show up when I right click the Recycle Bin - which is just where I do want it. Is there any way to customize how the shredder (and the various other McAfee options) show up in context menus?

Worse-case, is there any way to remove the McAfee options from all my context menus completely? I'd rather have no context menu items at all than annoyingly configured ones.

You aren't the first person to mention this.  I suggest you vote for the idea here:

I don't think there is any way of disabling the current arrangement.    There is an option I believe when you first install the software, depending on which suite it is, to use a custom install and not install the utilities at all.

But to change that after the fact means uninstalling first and starting over.
