I recently purchased in store "AntiVirus Plus".
However, the sellers sold me a CD version so that my computer didn't have CD drive, they says that your site offered the downloadable version.
I download the version of essays, but I do not want to pay again.
I have my serial number. How do I get my product installed properly.
Sounds like you are using a netbook or similar that doesn't have a drive, I have one machine like that. In the end I bought an external DVD drive, made life so much easier.

They should be able to tell you how to get around this.
