My one year subscription was auto-renewed today and I didn't realize that my subscription is paid for 30 days before the previous subscription ends.
I have been trying to cancel my subscription but the website says that you have to call customer support to get a refund. I filled out the 'request a refund' form on the website and it gave me a customer service reference number and a number to call customer support. But to no avail, I have not been able to get through to customer support and the online chat seems to be of no help.
I don't know what to do next. Can someone please help me?

I have tried contacting customer support but I am not getting through with the phone line. I am currently outside of the US, and I am getting a message when I call that 'the number you dialed is temporarily out of service.'
Is there any other contact support number that can be used?
