I requested a refund for an unexpected auto-renewal 15 days ago, and the refund still has not posted to my credit card account. I received an email with a case number from McAfee, but I have no idea what this number is for, since I cannot find any way to actually use it when contacting support. Calling support just re-routes me to automated messages saying I should request a refund, which I already did. How do I get in contact with a representative so that I can see when and if my refund will be processed and posted to my account?
I’m stuck in a vicious circle, I log a refund request, get an acknowledgement reference number with a phone number that doesn’t work. When I ask for help I’m directed back to the request page where I got ignored in the first place - can anyone actually take responsibility and just process my refund please.
