REFUND ISSUE

Dear McAfee Team

I have requested a refund for my auto subscription because I didn't know that my auto subscription settings was turned on.

I already tried the customer support menu, selected request and refund topic, then selected unexpected renewal. The site gave me a service number 2918403430 and told me to call 18038529716. I couldn't call the number, seems that the number does not work!

 think the way this refund process is just to complicated, nowadays we should do this using email.  Phone call is so outdated and not customer friendly.

Please assist to get my refund process completed
