This same error message also pops up whenever McAfee is installing updates or scanning my computer.
To resolve this problem, I've tried uninstalling McAfee from my computer (I used the MCPR tool to ensure all McAfee products were removed from my computer), and reinstalling it again. But the same error message will pop up the moment the installation is completed.
Is this problem related to the windows SP3? I thought I might have installed SP3 incorrectly, so I returned my computer to SP2 mode, removed McAfee from my computer, and then installed SP3. After SP3 was installed, I reinstalled McAfee, but the same message pops up again.
