Not getting email through outlook

A client of ours has the McAfee Internet Security, and he is not getting email from some senders, the e-mails leave the server but does not appear in outlook. I received it in webmail and mobile also receives. I disabled the protection of e-mails as firewall and antispam, but still do not receive.

The POP and SMTP e-mail settings are correct, he can send emails normally, and not only receive a few emails.

Can be any configuration of McAfee?

Nothing that I can think of would completely block mail.  Probably best to go straight to Technical Support, it's free by phone or online chat here:  https://service.mcafee.com/

But probably best for that client to do it from the machine in question.

OK good luck.  That link is for Consumer product support by the way, not Enterprise, just to clarify.

Did by anyway stopped McAfee services and tested.

A.If McAfee stopped and issue resolved,please contact Tech support

B.If McAfee Stoped and issue not resolved.Please contact ISP/System manufacturer
