I am trying to activate the security center communication through my existing account and i am not able to activate.
I am getting the following error. Please help me to activate it.

This is the Security-as-a-Service version of the product - if you have purchased it preinstalled, please right-click on the "M" shield in the system tray and then select "Activate" to activate your subscription.
Thanks Andrew for your help. However activating doesn't work for me. It gives an error message described in Anna's message. "An error occurred during activation"
