Not able to activate securitycenter

Hi

I am trying to activate the security center communication through my existing account and i am not able to activate.

I am getting the following error. Please help me to activate it.

I am attaching the screen shot of error message.

Could you please let us know if you are using a consumer version or the enterprise version of McAfee ??

This is the Security-as-a-Service version of the product - if you have purchased it preinstalled, please right-click on the "M" shield in the system tray and then select "Activate" to activate your subscription.

Thanks Andrew for your help. However activating doesn't work for me. It gives an error message described in Anna's message. "An error occurred during activation"
