I want to get a refund on a recent auto-renewal. I had no early notification and my card was just charged suddenly. I did not want to renew.
I have not been able to get in touch with anyone after trying several times. No phone number works, no E-mail is available and nobody contacted me after using the support page option several times. Very frustrating.
I am based in India. Can someone please help me resolve this and get a refund? My reference is SR-2940945608.
