My email is not accepted when trying to access customer support or technical support although it is the address linked to my account.
The problem I am having is that I cannot install "Total Protection" on my lap-top even after deleting cookies, all temp and tem internet files and the clean up utility.
I am simply prompted to try again. The setup program is run from my laptop. I have been able to install another anti-virus tool and have puchased a new license.
Is there a way to download the software and install directly.

What is the type of internet connection ?
What is the exact error you receive at the time of downloading.?
