McAfee wants pc restart

Today, I installed a licenced McAfee Internet Security (MIS). When started scanning, it found 22 viruses in my PC. Here's my problem, to remove all 22 viruses MIS wants to restart my PC for each & every virus. Help me fix this.

The infected files will not allow due to permission issues or it may be running its processes at that time and while restart the same file can be deleted without any hassles.
