Recently installed McAfee in new laptop. Getting intermittent error msg "Service Host has stopped working". Contacted McAfee 3rd party online support -- thought problem was fixed -- messages are continuing. Any advice on what I should do?

Operating system : Windows 7,Vista,
Navigate through your control panel – add/remove programs : And let us know if you have a program that is Zumo drive/Zumo cast/HP cloud
I have the same problem, contacted online support and was given a workaround. However being a Vista user I ouldn't find the relevant folders to delete! Problem went away for a few days but since a scheduled weekly scan has now returned.
HP, Vista and no Zuma or HP cloud can be seen.
