McAfee raided my bank account.

I received an e-mail from McAfee today which told me that my yearly subscription had been renewed. Thing is, I did not authorise this. What right do McAfee have to go into my credit card account and withdraw almost £64 of my money ? What if I was going to change to Norton, for example How do I get a refund on my account from McAfee ?

How do I contact McAfee directly in order to speak to an actual person ?

Re: McAfee raided my bank account.

I sympathize but actually if you'd read the small print when you subscribed, the auto-renewal would have been mentioned there.  You can easily cancel it and they will reverse the charge if you wish'

Contact them by phone:

Or use the online chat to contact Customer Service: http://service.mcafee.com/CustomerService.aspx?lc=2057&sg=CS&pt=1

Re: McAfee raided my bank account.

I forgot to mention that you can also ensure that auto-renewal is turned off by going to your account page and look for "Auto-Renewal Settings" on the left side.
