Can't run the scan. McAfee is included in my subscription but it tells me I need to renew. Will not verify. Virtual technician can't download anything. Error 12152.
Could you please let us know if you have purchased a new version of McAfee products through a cd ? Or you should have registered the products with a different email address - (Probably not the one you used on our boards here) .
Also, let us know the following details ;
What is the operating system of the computer ?
How is the computer connected to internet ? (dsl/wireless/cable)
Do you have any other security software installed in the machine ?
