I'm trying to get support from McAfee, so far it's been a mysterious and convoluted process to obtain support.
Going through the support website, I was hoping to do an email or chat ... but before I can do that I was informed I needed to run McAfee Virtual Technician. I am currenting in the process of running the program.
How long does it take for the Virtual Technician to initialize? It has been "initializing" for about 15 minutes. See image below. Also does anyone know of a way I can get support (help) if McAfee Virtual Technician fails.
Perhaps the server is down trying to initalize your MVT session as I cannot get it to function on my computer either. Try waiting for for a while and attempt to run it again.
