Ok I have a problem i have just brought a new 2010 version and I uninstalled my old version, I installed the new version. On checking on "My Subscription", it said that the product will expire in 15 days' time. I tried to subscribe with both a new email address that which McAfee doe's not have for me and my old email address on the McAfee website and it will not have it.
Can you please let me know where I am going wrong and what I need to do to put this right?
You are probably not doing anything wrong and the website is acting up. Try right-clicking the taskbar icon and selecting "Verify Subscription".
