McAfee Scanner service and Cloud AV using 100% CPU
I raised a case on this last week and remote support never materialised. I see lots of people having CPU issues. How do i shut down McAfee to stop this happening - my laptop is melting! Then how do we fix this properly!

Please post back the ticket number that you received from tech Support representative for me to review. You might want to check if there is any conflicting 3rd Party AV software or its traces that could cause this.
