My job it's about provice Technical support to Uol Antivirus.
Since last week to this week I receive at last 10 Cases with same problem ERROR 12152
It's long time I don't see it.
Tried the basic :
Another Antivirus Scan ( MBAM )
Safety Mode with network
Msconfig ( Disable stuff )
I tryed use mcafeesetup.exe ( Old installation mode with email and password ) and of course tried with new one whicth ask for Serial instead Email and pass
Well all cases are with Windows XP
Didn't notice about Win7 yet.
I have here 2 computers Windows 7 and Windows Xp.
I tried to install and everything was OK!
don't know what to do!!!
or any etc antivirus on Brazil it's provide by mcafee.
I got problem with Mcafee total protection that UOL Inc sells in Brazil.
Thank you for the clarification, that wasn't clear from your original post. 12152 is usually a problem with the network.

Today a receive 4 more cases.
Untill now about 16 Client report the same problem.
All diferent State and diferent Internet Providor.
It's something wrong with mcafee server or Brasil connection?
