Los of network connectivity after a recent McAfee update - link to FAQ broken

My internet provider (Century Link) says this is the reason that my internet connection has gone out 6 times today. I found this but the link below - TS101446 - is broken (gets me to a 404 page only.) Any suggestions on where I can get some help on this issue?  Thanks.
