Is there an easy way to switch from 1 User to 3-User for TP 2010

I bought TP 2010 for 1 user since my other computers were protected by N360. After getting so much help from this forum I decided to switch to TP 2010 when my N360 subscription expires. My question is, would there be a simple way to upgrade from 1 User to 3_User without paying 3 times the price of one user?

Any suggestion?

Thanks.

Moved to Home General Discussion.

I would imagine it wouldn't be a problem and you could take advantage of whatever offers are available at the time, but you really need to talk to Customer Service regarding anything to do with sales enquiries, licenses etc.

See Customer Service under Useful Links at the top of the page.

The quickest and easiest is by phone, or by the online chat client.

Hi Peter,

Sorry for unable to get back to you sooner. Finally I got in touch with the Sales People today, and they told me to click on the "Subscription: 1" then click on "Buy More Licenses" button. But when I clicked on that button, I got this error message. The Sales Associate told me that there are millions of people trying to log on, so there could be the reason. I will try again later.

Thanks.

Too bad, Peter. No luck yet. I was taken to the same page when I tried to click that button. May be I need to email them. Will try to do that when I have more time tonight.

Email is the slowest method, better to phone or use the online chat.

Hi,

Did you try to login to your account page and process the order from there ?

Please login to your account page in http://us.mcafee.com/root/login.asp .
After logging in , click on the option "Subscription" (Below my protection products)
Your current subscriptions license would be displayed with a option “buy” which you could use to purchase additional licences. (see image for reference)
After you purchased the licences, go to the respective computers and login with your same credentials and install the products.

Peter and Dinesh,

Thanks for the answer.

Dinesh,

This is what I found after I log in. When I click on "Buy More Licenses" shown below, I was taken to the error page. As of now, I still have no luck.

Thanks,

Re: Is there an easy way to switch from 1 User to 3-User for TP 2010

Try right-clicking the button and select open in a new tab.   Using Internet Explorer try going to Tools/Internet Options/Advanced and click Reset, Apply and OK.

Close and reopen the browser and go to Tools/Manage Add-ons and re-enable the add-ons.

Try again.

If that doesn't work then, as I suggested earlier;

See Customer Service under Useful Links at the top of the page.

The quickest and easiest is by phone, or by the online chat client.

Re: Is there an easy way to switch from 1 User to 3-User for TP 2010

Nope! It didn't work, Peter.

I tried FF, but it didn't work either.

Just wonder, am I the only one that has this problem? I mean, if you go to your account, click on 'Buy More Licenses' you will be taken to the right page instead of an error page like what I have shown?

Do I need to delete the TP2010 that I have downloaded and installed before I can go to that page?

Thanks,
