Is Mcafee able to help you ? I hope so, because you can not remove it anyway

Of course not.

I called 3 times Mcafee support today to remove this GREAT software from my brand new computer.

Result? none

The Mcafee remover software is not able to remove Mcafee from my computer.

The staff told me there is a waiting list (somes days) to reach the supervisor, and then they have to take control of your computer to remove by themselves Mcafee softwares.

Is that my computer? Can i remove softwares i do not want ? apparently not Mcafee

Now this is strange in 15 years here I have never seen the inability to remove Mcafee. Ok MCPR, the removal tool, does leave a registry reference or three but does not appear to cause issues. What product have you got installed?

If you want all pieces removed usually support (the higher levels) do that manually so that is what support was referring to I feel.
