Internet Security Suite Problem

Hello,

For some reason, McAfee keeps saying "Your computer is not fully protected" and there's a yellow exclamation mark on the McAfee sign. When I try to "fix" it, it says that I have to reinstall McAfee Internet Security Suite with a red X. Then I uninstall my McAfee Internet Security Suite so I can re-download it from my account, but when I click download from my account, it goes to internet browser cannot display page. Now I can''t even open security center. Is there anyway to fix this?

(I have a Windows Vista Home & Business. I recently purchased this computer and I bought McAfee from the trial version that was already available on the computer when it was going to expire. It has worked well for the past few months...)

Re: Internet Security Suite Problem

Hi nanook,

May I know how is the computer currently connected to internet (dsl/wireless)
Do you have any other security software installed in the computer ?

Click Start and Control Panel.
Open Network and Sharing Center.
Click Manage network connections in the left pane.
Right-click Network Connection and select Properties.
Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and click Properties.
Verify that your settings are identical to those displayed below
