Hope you’re all keeping safe and well. I know it’s a difficult time for us all but I am getting so frustrated as I have been continually ignored since February. Countless emails and requests for refund with no response apart from an email saying to call a number that doesn’t exist! So after several months and numerous unanswered messages I am appealing to you as to how I go about obtains a refund. My auto renewal was turned off as I did this last year and when I double checked after the payment went out it still said off so I don’t understand how the payment could have been taken without authorisation! Now being ignored is double is insult. I’ve tried finding customer complaints email/phone number without success! Please can anyone help? Thank you 🙂
Hi Magdesh, thanks for replying but I have done that over 5 times over the past few months and all I get is an email confirming a ref number and saying hope that’s sorted the problem then giving me a phone number to ring that doesn’t exist if I need further help. Last reference is 2770016699 but I have loads more if you want them?
