How to install the software without CD-ROM drive?

My office bought 3 new notebooks without CD-ROM drive. How can I install McAfee Internet Security 2012? Can I download the software from McAfee website? If yes, where?

The company bought the McAfee Internet Security 2012 (3PC) from a McAfee dealer not website.

Please advise.

Thanks,

Kate.

Re: How to install the software without CD-ROM drive?

Hopefully you still have a computer in the office with a CD drive.

In which case you can either share the CD drive and then map a network drive on the notebooks to the share.

or

Copy all the files off the Install CD and copy them over the network to the notebooks or copy the files to a USB stcik and install it from there.

You can use the below link to activate the corresponding McAfee product using the CD Key provided.

http://www.mcafee.com/mtp/retailcard (McAfee Total Protection)

http://www.mcafee.com/mis/retailcard (McAfee Internet Security Suite)

http://www.mcafee.com/mav/retailcard (McAfee Antivirus Plus)

Once you activated the product you can use the below instruction to login to McAfee account and install the products.
