I have been trying to install the program on to my computer and it keeps saying it can't be downloaded due to missing file and i run Virtual Technician and it said missing a file and i looked up the problem log to see what was it and said Virus Scan is missing but not sure if this is a glitch or not but i bought it today. (Code 7305)
I have been using McAfee products for a couple of years and this is my first time having a problem with it and i am running IE9

Kindly follow the below steps & update us on the status:
Step 1: Clear all the Windows Temp Files: - (Navigation: Click Start > Run >Type Temp) and clear all temp files.
Step 2: Clear all the Local Temp Files: - (Navigation: Click Start > Run >Type %Temp%) and clear all temp files of the local user.
Step 3: Download and run the McAfee Pre-Install Tool using the below link:
