I have 2 safe websites (no malware) and firewall keeps blocking access to them. Ive tried adding IP address and it doesnt resolve the issue. How do I resolve this?

Hi Danita,

Please allow the website ip address which was blocked by McAfee Netguard.  Follow the below steps to allow the blocked ip address under McAfee Netguard.

  • Open McAfee Firewall
  • Select Netguard
  • Allow the blocked ip address

How do you know that your website is not infected with malware? How did you check? Answer bellow is not the solution. You will whitelist your servers IP only for your PC. Do you know what I mean?

You could  try switching to a different DNS service, such as OpenDNS or Norton ConnectSafe.
